MI Analyst Job Description
We are looking for a skilled MI Analyst to join our team at GXO, supporting our customer's orders fulfilment through providing management information that builds strong links between internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce management information to agreed schedules, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
* Design, create and maintain bespoke reports in line with current operational requirements and project activities.
* Build an understanding of automated warehouse environments and customers' expectations.
* Actively promote continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
* Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources.
* Ability to translate data into visuals and adapt visualisation depending on the audience.
* Confident communication skills and ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
* Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI.
