CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join a diagnostics company at their site in Burgess Hill, on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Rate - £15.00ph - £17.00ph PAYE.
Customer Service Specialist Role:
1. Manage customer communications within agreed service levels and maintain high quality service.
2. Offer first- and second-line digital support across several platforms whilst promoting the use of available tools.
3. Communicate with third-party suppliers to process required purchase orders or resolve any logistical queries.
4. Support other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
5. Ensure all data on our systems is kept up to date as required.
6. Handle any customer dissatisfaction, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
7. Proactively adhere to processes surrounding Export Control and Incoterms.
Your Background:
1. Experience of Customer Relationship Management system and tools.
2. Customer Service experience (preferably in a contact centre environment).
3. Experience with both business to business and consumer-based customer service.
