Job Responsibilities
As our UK Respiratory Diagnostics Solutions Service Manager, you will be key in driving service excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction through innovation and leadership. You'll oversee service operations, ensuring quality standards, optimising team performance, and enhancing our customer experience.
* Developing and executing service strategies to exceed revenue targets
* Leading and mentoring the service team, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Enhancing reporting metrics to gain actionable insights into operational performance
* Fostering a customer-centric culture where resolving issues is the priority
* Managing relationships with customers and ensuring all records are up to date
* Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to identify new revenue opportunities
* Ensuring all procedures and documentation are current and relevant
* Managing stock, equipment calibration, and third-party service training
* Providing insightful reports and statistics for management review
What You Bring to the Team:
* Strong organisational, leadership, and mentoring skills
* Proficiency in IT, especially with MS Office tools
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Solid understanding of budgeting and service stock management
* Familiarity with healthcare products, solutions, and relevant industry standards
* Understanding of all relevant ISO standards, Medical Devices Directive, Medical Device Regulations and GCP as required
