We’re offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a school leaver to begin their career in our Worcester office as a Trainee in Private Client Tax. If you’re practical, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about how tax impacts real lives, this could be the perfect start to your journey. About the role: You’ll begin your studies towards the ATT qualification, fully supported by Ballards, and on successful completion, you’ll have the opportunity to progress to the CTA qualification. From day one, you’ll work closely with experienced tax professionals and partners, gaining exposure to a wide variety of client situations, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estate planning. No two days will be the same - you'll be helping to deliver bespoke solutions across income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and more, while developing trusted relationships with our clients. You’ll be part of a supportive team that challenges and encourages you.
