Become an Assistant Shop Manager
* Salary: £11.50 per hour
* Type: Permanent – Part Time

* Hours: 15 hours per week

This is an exciting time to join our team and work in our network of 120 shops as we continue to expand our shops.
Each year, over four million people buy an item from us, so our shops play a pivotal role in raising funds to make a difference to the lives of those who find it difficult to communicate and connect with the world.
Key skills and experience:
* The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated, creative, a great communicator, and positively committed to working in charity retail.
* Experience of inspiring a team to provide excellent customer service.
* An eye for detail that will ensure a safe, clean, and inviting environment for customers, staff, and volunteers.
* Experience of working in a retail environment or within a team leader position.
This position requires the applicant to be willing to work Bank Holidays and weekends as required.
