We’re looking for a Product Manager who can lead our Detectors & Phones portfolio and ensure we continue to delight our customers by offering a market-leading portfolio of safe, secure and simple-to-install products.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll apply a mixture of strategic and hands-on skills to drive the success of our Detectors & Phones portfolio. You’ll work collaboratively across functions to ensure our products meet real-world needs and deliver value to our customers. Your main areas of focus will include:
* Strategic Market Analysis : Identifying market trends, assessing competitors, and anticipating changes to ensure our strategy aligns with both customer needs and industry shifts.
* Customer-Focused Development : Conducting user research and co-creation sessions to build deep empathy for our customers work, uncover pain points and design products that resonate.
* Collaborative Product Concepting : Shaping and refining product offerings that delight our customers, adding genuine value and delivering thoughtful, accessible solutions.
* Cross-Functional Partnership : Working side-by-side with engineering, sales, marketing, and business development teams to bring ideas to life, align on product goals, and ensure our products continue to lead the market.
* Performance Improvement : Applying data insights to measure and enhance product performance, with an eye on growing revenue and increasing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, engineering, or computer science) or equivalent experience. Postgraduate qualifications in Product/Business Management would be beneficial.
* Proven experience in product management, especially within hardware-focused environments, managing product lifecycle end-to-end.
* Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and experience with customer research and competitor analysis.
* Experience/knowledge of managing a portfolio, including SKU rationalisation and simplification, product/price positioning, product replacement, etc.
* The ability to speak another European language would be beneficial, particularly German or Czech.
