Salary: £23,641.46 – £27,018.81 per annum. Starting salary will be depending upon experience

Team Fostering is an ethical not-for-profit fostering agency with a strong reputation and track record for providing high quality, value for money fostering placements for looked after children. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in the Northeast region, providing a high standard of business support to the agency. You will work in a timely, efficient, and self-motivated manner, supporting the organisation across our North Shields and Middlesbrough bases alongside colleagues in the wider Business Support Team.
Within this role, you will be expected to deal with highly sensitive information; therefore, an ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is essential. Experience of working within a social care setting would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be capable of communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders at all levels of the agency, as well as internal and external contacts and the general public. They will demonstrate a high standard of organisational skills alongside the ability to prioritise workload, with a proven track record of providing administrative support across multiple business functions concurrently. The candidate will also be required to create and maintain electronic records on our CHARMS database for carers and children, monitoring and uploading statutory documentation as appropriate.
Candidates will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English Language and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent qualification) and advanced IT skills using office software packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Candidates must have a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
