Position Overview
Our client is a software development business seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, user management, automation, reporting, and overall platform maintenance. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce aligns with business processes and supports organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User Management: Create, maintain, and deactivate user accounts, roles, and profiles.
2. Customisation & Configuration: Modify page layouts, workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and validation rules.
3. Data Management: Ensure data integrity through deduplication, data imports, and regular audits.
4. Automation: Develop and optimize process automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
5. Security & Compliance: Maintain security settings, permission sets, and field-level security to ensure data protection and compliance.
6. Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and manage help desk requests.
7. System Integrations: Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
8. Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related role.
2. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, user management, reporting, and automation tools.
4. Cloud Experience: Sales and Service Cloud expertise.
5. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
