Description
The Interim Compliance Officer will be responsible for:
* Overseeing and monitoring compliance within the organisation
* Implementing and managing the compliance programme
* Advising management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations
* Assessing company operations to determine compliance risk
* Managing all AML matters
* Advising on all Anti-bribery & corruption (ABC)
* Ensuring all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes
* Responding to compliance issues as they arise
* Preparing and presenting reports to management
Profile
A successful Interim Compliance Officer should have:
* A thorough understanding of regulatory compliance with expert knowledge of AML & Anti-bribery & corruption (ABC)
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
* A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
* A proactive approach and the ability to handle pressure
