The Registered Nurse will: - Use professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. - Develop tailored care plans and administer medication safely. - Care for residents with a range of physical and mental needs. - Lead a dedicated care team to promote independence and dignity. - Work day shifts, with occasional night shifts and alternate weekends.
