Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Work with the Sales Network to increase conversion and average selling price through the introduction of KPIs & SLAs. Collaborate with the National Training Manager to identify key areas for improvement and develop training packages that will help the sales network exceed KPIs while striving for year-on-year growth. Provide boots-on-the-ground field sales coaching and own the team's number. Monitor and analyze performance, providing guidance to meet the Business Plan and goals. Hold team meetings to ensure sales, quality, processes, and business news are communicated and embedded into the sales network. Play an integral part in the onboarding process. Provide ongoing in-field support to the sales team. Coordinate regular focused sales packages. Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational guidelines. Communication and Relationship Management: Work closely with the BDM, Operations Manager, and internal team members to build and maintain strong relationships with current partners. Serve as the in-field point of contact for the sales team (growing to around 8 team members). Work with underperforming sales team members to improve or exit the organization. Create new ways to sell and motivate the team through incentives and sales techniques. The Person Experience in running a successful field sales team. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A commercial and business-minded coach who can motivate others to achieve targets and goals. Ability to embed culture change. This role will involve traveling and nights in hotels.
