If you are an experienced Receptionist who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and would enjoy taking ownership of a reception area, this role is for you!
This role is for someone who is confident dealing with clients, great telephone handler and will support the business.
This is a full time permanent role with a salary of £26,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
Dealing with incoming calls
Coordinating phone calls and messages to admin and advisers
Meet and greet new and existing visitors
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and procedures
Sort refreshments for meetings and ensuring the room is cleared after use
Manage the meeting rooms and communal areas
Assisting with booking annual reviews
Ordering stationary and other office supplies
Ensure sufficient packs are made up for our new client meetings
Ensure the marketing and compliance documents are kept stocked
Setting up internal meetings when requested
Open and distribute the post
Key Skills
Organised individual
Receptionist experience
Confident on the phones
Excellent verbal communication skills – telephone and written word
IT Skills - Word, Excel and Outlook
Time Management
Adaptable to changing procedures
