We are looking for 4-6 sessions a week of maternity cover to include all day Thursday and Friday with potential for salaried role/partnership for the right candidate.

Main duties of the job
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* To provide, as part of a core multi-disciplinary team, a high quality general medical service to the registered patients of the practice (including temporary residents).
* To provide consultation and appropriate clinical management of patients attending the practice, or to those where a home visit is clinically necessary.
* To provide clinical oversight and direction to the rest of the clinical team.
* To provide telephone and/or virtual consultation and appropriate management of patients who contact the practice, where necessary.
* To keep accurate and legible records of all patient contacts and contribute to electronic data recording.

Person Specification
Experience
* Vocational GP training.
* Experience of working in a GP practice.
* Experience of using the EMIS system.
Qualifications
* Full GMC Registration with a license to practice and entry on the GP Register.
* Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice / Certificate Confirming Eligibility for General Practice Registration (CEGPR), or equivalent.
* Registration on All Wales Performers List.
