Project Coordinator – Global Advisory & Leadership

Global Advisory & Leadership, based in the West End are looking for a new Project Coordinator to come on board. Initially this will be a 12month FTC but very highly will lead to something more permanent.

* Based – West End Hybrid – 3 day in the office / 2 wfh
\n\t
* Training – excellent training and onboarding.
\n\t
* Collaborative culture and very social.
\n
\n\n
Duties and responsibilities:
\n\n
\n\t
* To ensure the smooth running of each project assignment from start to finish.
\n\t
* You will be juggling and working on multiple client projects at any one time.
\n\t
* Responsible for logistics for each client project
\n\t
* Creation and formatting of high quality presentations, pitches, reports and documentation.
\n\t
* Excellent communication skills and building strong lasting relationships.
\n\t
* Able to handle and process highly confidential information.
\n\t
* High level of MS Office – word, excel and powerpoint.
\n\t
* Keeping the CRM system updated with all relevant information.
\n\t
* Adhering to all legal and compliance procedures and best practices.
\n\t
* Organising global travel and accommodation.
\n\t
* Complex diary management and multiple global time-zones.
\n\t
* Opening and closing all projects from start to finish.
\n\t
* General support to the team as and when required and supporting each other.
\n\t
* Participating on communities and sharing knowledge and best practices.
\n

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and all levels.
\n\t
* Super organised, able to work well under pressure and juggle and prioritise your workload.
\n\t
* Able to keep calm and thrive in a fast paced environment.
\n\t
* High level of MS skills and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
\n\t
* Real team player and working collaboratively across the team.
\n\t
* Able to prioritise, think ahead and anticipate problems and provide solutions.
\n\t
* Experience of managing projects from start to finish.
\n\t
* Adaptable with the ability to embrace change.
