Purpose of the Role:
As part of the Marketing Planning & Campaigns team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the role of the Marketing Campaigns Manager will be at the heart of planning, creating and executing multi-channel campaign activity across the business.
Working collaboratively right across Moss - from the product teams, through store teams, to in-house and agency specialist and creative resources - you will take responsibility for all aspects of campaign activity, balancing revenue-generating and brand objectives, to hit short-term and longer-term commercial targets.
Responsibilities will be focused on delivering our Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter campaigns, along with new product launches and supporting critical commercial drivers such as weddings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution for Spring/Summer, Autumn/Winter, new product launches, weddings and other seasonal activity, to drive footfall and visits.
* Ensure the activity is in line with the longer-term brand strategy and as such contributes to changing the brand awareness and perception of Moss.
* Collaborate closely with Creative, Buying, Merchandising, Services, Social/PR, and other key stakeholders to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
* Analyse campaign performance using data insights to inform future planning and improve marketing effectiveness.
* Collaborate closely with marketing ‘customers’ in the wider business to ensure marketing is understood by, and delivers for, them.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Technical:
* Previous experience in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaign activity in mid-sized or larger organisations (where delivery involves coordination across internal teams and execution through others - internal or agency).
* Experience of working with / in a new product function to bring brand and target customer into the process.
* An appreciation of the differing roles and ways of working with key channels - paid media, PR & social, CRM, instore, online and partnerships.
* Confidence in data analysis and drawing actionable insights.
* Confident in using corporate software, data analysis and marketing tools.
* Interest in the world of clothes and fashion retail (but direct fashion / retail experience not essential).
* Skilled at briefing agencies / studios to get effective creative work.
