Are you passionate about creating stand-out paid media campaigns, and delivering them through dynamic media plans that drive results? As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of engaging customers through our paid media channels, delivering effective communication campaigns that attract new customers to the brand and get existing customers to book an appointment and buy from us. You will be part of a close-knit, high performing marketing team who work together to put our customers at the heart of everything we do. Key Responsibilities: • Plans the detailed execution of paid media campaigns to deliver against commercial & marketing communication objectives. • Works closely with our creative agencies, media agencies & the wider marketing team to deliver best in class creatives and communications, ensuring assets are optimized across all channels. • Ensures agency media plans are based on insight, optimal customer journeys, performance data & analytics. • Uses customer and industry data and insights to deliver highly relevant and tailored communications. • Reviews, proofs & gains approval on communication assets in a timely & flexible manner. • Measures & reports on campaign & channel performance, ensuring KPIs are in place for all activities. What you’ll need to have: • Experience in planning & executing paid media including (but not limited to) Digital Display (incl. DCO); social media; Press; Radio; OOH; AV (TV & VOD) from both a media planning & creative execution perspective. • Experience of working closely with media agencies – planners & buyers; and creative agencies – account teams & creatives. • Demonstrable experience of reviewing & gaining stakeholder feedback on creative assets to deliver high quality communications. • Analytical & inquisitive. Proficiency in key digital performance tools & awareness measurement methodologies. • Strong attention to detail with a high-performance mindset. • Strong written & verbal communication, plus relationship building skills. • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work and pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
