SEO Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Lead Generation Executive to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices and a passion for generating high-quality leads through search engine optimization strategies. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic to the website, improving lead conversion rates, and ensuring the company’s digital presence ranks highly in search results.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at driving organic traffic, generating leads, and improving search engine rankings for targeted keywords.
On-Page & Off-Page SEO:
* Optimise website content, meta tags, images, and overall site architecture for SEO. Manage link-building strategies and ensure high-quality backlinks from reputable sources.
Keyword Research & Analysis:
* Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential lead generation opportunities. Analyse competitors’ SEO strategies and adapt accordingly to stay competitive in search results.
Lead Generation Optimization:
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop content that drives lead conversion. Implement SEO techniques that enhance landing page performance and lead capture forms.
Content Strategy & Optimization:
* Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and web pages that attract and convert visitors. Regularly optimize existing content to boost rankings and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, including organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and keyword rankings. Use data insights to refine and improve SEO strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
* Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Experiment with new tactics and tools to continuously improve the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.
Collaboration:
* Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and content, to align on lead generation goals and ensure seamless execution of SEO strategies.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an SEO Executive, SEO Specialist, or similar role with a focus on lead generation.
* Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
* Experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and link-building strategies.
* Solid understanding of lead generation tactics and strategies.
* Proficient in analysing data and making data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
