If so, we would love to hear from you! Our Welcome Clerks provide a proactive and professional welcome to the RD&E on a ward or reception area, acting as the public face for the Trust. We currently consist of 16 medicine ward and General outpatient reception each housing a Medical Team consisting of Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, other Clinical members, Housekeepers and Domestics, all requiring excellent administrative support. There will also be opportunities for you to work alongside other Welcome Clerk colleagues through-out the trust. Ideally, you would have a background in customer services and/or administration, but more importantly, we are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, dedicated and who wish to make a difference.
