The Global HR Operations team, consisting of professionals worldwide, delivers best practice HR processes supporting the employee value proposition and business strategy through advanced HR systems and tools. Recently, the team has shifted to a strategic focus on user experience and service delivery. As part of the Firm’s 2025 strategy, the People team is investing in system development and integration, including a multi-year program to replace systems of record and refine other systems to align with the Firm’s vision.
The Senior Manager, ServiceNow HR, acts as the Product Owner, leading its delivery within the HR function. Responsibilities include managing the program backlog, reporting progress, driving user engagement, and measuring ROI. This role ensures smooth operations of tools and technology, including Shared Services in Manila, and oversees change requests and the deployment roadmap. With extensive HRIS expertise, the Senior Manager focuses on continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborating with HR teams to understand requirements, prioritise the program backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features
* Driving ServiceNow adoption within HR and across the Firm, making it the central point for all HR services and activities
* Reporting progress to senior leadership, providing regular updates, and communicating risks
* Assisting with integrating ServiceNow with Workday to streamline processes, increase automation, and improve data accuracy
* Managing the HR Service Catalogue and Knowledge Base, ensuring they are current, and providing training to promote ServiceNow adoption
Qualifications and Skills
* Demonstrable experience in product management and HR Shared Services, with ServiceNow (HRSD) experience; integration with Workday is a plus
* Strong project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and operate in international and remote-work environments
* Experience in process improvement, performance analysis, standards definition & governance, and documentation management
* Experience working internationally and cross-culturally, influencing across hierarchical lines

Location and Reporting
This role is based in our London office, and reports into the Associate Director, HRIS. Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 3 days in the office per week.
