We’re looking for a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our team, ensuring we deliver exceptional results for our clients. What You’ll Do Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure client success. Oversee and optimise digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, social media, and content marketing. Ensure all deliverables are met on time and align with their marketing objectives. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement improvements to enhance results. Work closely with clients, providing high-level strategy guidance and ensuring satisfaction. Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and team collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the team is utilising best practices in digital marketing. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, agency experience preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven track record in running and optimising digital marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms. Knowledge of content marketing, email automation, and lead generation strategies. Exceptional communication and client management skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Skills Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with video marketing and graphic design workflows. Understanding of SEO and organic content strategies.
