About the role:
Learning Partners is a growing and thriving multi-academy trust, working with 16 schools in Surrey. The trust provides a wider range of services to support schools; the operational support services are led by a team consisting of the Heads of our key departments – HR, Finance, Governance, Estates and IT.
We are recruiting for a highly organised individual to support our Chief Operating Officer and central operations teams by assisting with diary management, workload planning, data management, communication and administrative support.
Key duties will include:
• Supporting the management of the trust calendar, arranging key operations meetings with schools
• Be a point of contact for schools and external stakeholders, ensuring that queries are addressed and needs are met
• Coordinating activities and deliverables that require input from multiple teams
• Coordinating requests for data and information from schools, monitoring the workload being placed on schools at any one time
• Supporting the Chief Operating Officer with diary management, communications and planning
• Leading on the management of PowerBI data dashboards procured from a third-party supplier
• Maintaining Sharepoint templates ensuring that each operational service is using the templates consistently
The post-holder will maximise the effectiveness of the team, enabling the ongoing growth in the size of the trust and the breadth of the services that are offered to support our schools.

The role is based at the Learning Partners Academy Trust central offices in Guildford but there will be occasional travel across our schools.
Applications will be considered for term time or full year working. The post holder will be required to work at least 36 hours per week over 39 weeks per year/term time only. You will need to have the flexibility to occasionally adjust your working pattern according to the needs of the trust. Please state in your application your desired hours and work pattern.
