As part of this team, you'll work for the UK's largest TV advertiser with some of the biggest media budgets in the UK, building a legacy for our brands and organisation. As the AV Planning Manager, you will: - Lead the AV Planning, Scheduling and Reporting for your Category. Delivering optimal AV Mix across Linear TV scheduling, BVOD/SVOD/AVOD planning & YouTube planning for your category. - Deliver and adapt your strategies according to business objectives, allocated budgets and considering AV market insights. - Manage multi-million £ budgets and direct the agency who will be buying the AV Schedule on your behalf to deliver against the KPIs. - Understand key Brand and business objectives and delivering against these. You will have end-to end responsibility for AV plan activations and need to continuously optimise and drive both effectiveness and efficiency. - Manage the relationships with high-level stakeholders across P&G Brand, Media, Purchasing and agency teams to ensure alignment to and seamless implementation of AV strategies. - Support external relationships with Broadcasters and new AV suppliers for your categories and influencing internally and externally to secure what is needed to win short and long term for your category. - Support scaled P&G innovation to remain ahead of the competition, connecting externally to stay in-touch with the latest trends. - Work closely with partners across the business (Media, Analytics & Insights & Martech) to help deliver the tools and capabilities required to win in your Category and partner to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy. Our UK Media Team spend 3 days of their week collaborating together in our offices or at our external partners or customers. Job Qualifications WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU - Have proven experience working in AV Planning across Linear/VOD/YT in a media agency or in-house environment managing large budgets. - Have strong knowledge of the UK AV landscape and put the consumer insight and market knowledge at the heart of decision making. - Are a strong leader and collaborator who can energise large cross-functional teams and drive effective media owner relationships. - Can demonstrate strong strategic and analytical thinking to assess and recommend opportunities with some experience of influencing senior leaders. - Have experience in tools like TechEdge, Mediaocean, CARIA, C-flight. - Have proficiency across the Microsoft suite of tools. We have a few more senior manager positions available within the team, dependent on experience and therefore we also welcome applications from those who have led an AV team or have more senior manager/director level AV experience.
