Are you an exceptional Quality Administrator with experience of the maintenance and updating of all aspects of master data for suppliers and customers? Do you also have experience of the administration of quality documentation along with knowledge of ISO 9001?

Our client, one of the largest industrial and healthcare gases producers in Europe, are seeking a Quality Specialist, with in-depth experience of managing and analysis of data utilising the CRM and ERP systems, along with the administration of HESQ documentation. Reporting to the Head of HESQ, the role will be varied and rewarding.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Perform document control activities including managing expiry dates and facilitating documentation reviews
• Facilitate the standardisation of management system documentation
• Assist the Head of HESQ with statistical analysis and report completion
• Ensure the quality of information inputted into the event and action management system (Intelex)
• Ensure the timely and effective closure of quality-related events (in conjunction with relevant persons)
• Assist with the review and investigation of quality related events
• Completion of customer questionnaires and portals, as required
• Onboard and maintain customer standard data onto the Quality, CRM and ERP systems (SAP)
• Input and maintain customer sales rates on the ERP system
• Liaise with the Procurement and Finance departments to onboard and maintain supplier standard data onto the Zycus and ERP system
• Maintain the Bill of Materials and routings within the ERP system
• Liaise with the Finance Department to maintain the stock cost list
• Liaise with the Production department regarding the maintenance of Quad build
• Perform annual audits of the prevailing standard data within the system
• Review for GDPR compliance
• Disinfect all prevailing master data
Skills and Experience required:
• Good level of education
• Data collection and analysis skills
• Experience of administering quality documentation
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Trained internal auditor would be preferred
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Excellent computer skills including experience of SAP would be ideal
• Ability to work independently and be pro-active
• Ability to build good relationships
• Data input, control and management skills
