Job Title: Project Manager - Industrial Solar Farm Location: Perthshire, Scotland Employment Type: Permanent or Contract About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of an industrial solar farm project in Perthshire, Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with recent experience in solar ground mount projects to take ownership of a large-scale renewable energy development. This role is open to both permanent and contract professionals, offering flexibility based on experience and preference. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end project delivery of the industrial solar farm, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Oversee project planning, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor project progress, provide regular reports, and address any issues that arise. Work closely with engineering, design, and construction teams to optimise project performance. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the solar industry, specifically with solar ground mount projects. Strong understanding of renewable energy regulations, planning permissions, and grid connections. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong health & safety awareness with experience managing compliance on large projects. Ability to work independently and drive project success. Full UK driving licence. Salary & Benefits: Permanent Role: Up to £70,000 vehicle Contract Role: Negotiable rate depending on experience.
