Requirements This role will be responsible for creating solution proposals for our customers across our entire range of Network Security products and services. The required individual must have in-depth experience working with Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and Fortinet technologies. Strong skills in Checkpoint are particularly important. Written and oral communication skills are key to this role as the individual will be required to be customer-facing, engaging at all levels up to C-suite, listening to customers' challenges, and working alongside sales, defining, costing, and proposing network security solutions that meet these customer needs. Key tasks will include conducting detailed needs assessments with customers to gain a deep understanding of their security requirements, developing and presenting technical solution proposals and demonstrations, and providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process. Additionally, the role involves liaising with the engineering team to ensure that customer requirements are accurately translated into deliverable solutions, managing the technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses, and creating technical documentation and whitepapers to support sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in network security technologies and industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's product and service offerings. This includes attending industry conferences and training sessions, participating in webinars and vendor briefings, and sharing knowledge with internal teams through regular training and workshops. Furthermore, the individual will be responsible for providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of the proposed solutions. The role will also require working closely with partners and vendors, driving these relationships and building technical credibility, as well as supporting marketing activity for our network security products and services. As an expert in their field, the successful candidate is expected to be able to talk with authority on the various Network Security products and services, advising both customers and internal staff on the latest product and industry developments, highlighting the relevant considerations and implications as appropriate.
