As a Data Manager, you will oversee the various data across the school. The successful candidate will be well-organized, efficient, and able to stay calm and controlled under pressure. This role can be demanding and challenging, so adaptability to an ever-changing environment is essential.

Roles & responsibilities of a School Data Manager include:
* Having a strong understanding and knowledge of SIMS; responsible for its development, management, and training of administrative staff.
* Identifying and implementing ways to use SIMS more effectively to enhance school performance.
* Developing and managing assessment data, target data, KS3 assessment tools, timetables, and class data.
* Keeping up to date with GDPR requirements.
* Monitoring and reporting on school performance using accurate data.
* Collaborating with staff to develop efficient methods for monitoring, tracking, and supporting behavior, lessons, and attendance.
* Ensuring routines and procedures support the Exams Officer.
* Working with SLT on timetables and curricula.
You as the candidate:
* Proficient in software such as Word and Excel.
* Possess analytical, numeracy, and literacy skills, with an understanding of technical language and instructions.
* Have a proven track record of organization and accurate record-keeping.
* Knowledge of SIMS is essential.
* Flexible, well-organized, and adaptable.
* Previous experience in a school setting is desirable.
* Experience working with data is necessary.
* Willing to undertake job-related training.
Job Details:
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00. Part-time and full-time roles are available with flexible hours if required.
