As a Female Support Worker with Dimensions UK, you'll enjoy a competitive pay rate of £12.98 per hour, along with comprehensive training and financial bonuses for completing awards and diplomas. We're looking for individuals who hold a Full UK driving license and have access to their own car, as driving may be required to support individuals. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to join an outstanding team in Newmarket that goes above and beyond to make a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we support.
You will play a vital role in supporting a woman with a learning disability to achieve her personal goals and live life to the fullest. From coffee shop outings to arts and crafts sessions, gardening activities, and visits to the cinema, your creativity and innovative ideas will create memorable experiences for those we support.
In addition to supporting with outings, you'll provide support with personal care, medical appointments, medication administration, and ensuring a balanced nutritious diet. Your commitment to providing high-quality support and your willingness to go above and beyond for those you support will be greatly valued and appreciated.
