Role: Service Manager
Location: Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm
Salary: Competitive basic salary with a bonus and OTE scheme in place and Company Car

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our Jaguar Land Rover store in Oxford. This role is due to our current Service Manager being promoted to a Head of Business role within Marshall Motor Group. You will lead day-to-day operations for our busy service department, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability are maximised. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
Our JLR Store boasts an impressive 20 bay ramps, fully staffed with 16 experienced Technicians and 3 apprentices, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
* Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced
* Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed
* Oversee the service division, managing resource levels and productivity
* Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks
* Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
* Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer and regulatory requirements
Experience Required
It is essential that you have previous service leadership experience. Manufacturer experience is beneficial but not essential. We are seeking individuals who display the following attributes:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team
* A professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential barriers
