About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to lead our internal and external communication strategies. This role involves developing and executing PR campaigns, managing media relations, overseeing content creation, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. This role is based out of our London office and you will involve close collaboration with key stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities include:
* Take Ctrl Alt’s brand to the next level. Showcase our cutting-edge initiatives to the world.
* Manage media relations, including press releases and interviews, thought pieces.
* Oversee social media, website content, and internal communications.
* Collaborate with the wider team on our messaging.
* Monitor and analyse communication performance metrics.
Skills/Qualifications will include:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant field.
* Comfortable taking ownership of our communications function.
* Proven experience in corporate communications, PR, or a related field.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and drive decision-making and execution.
* Willingness and ability to roll up sleeves and be a team player.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Experience with digital media and content strategy is essential.
* Previous experience in a startup or fintech would be a bonus.
* Experience with platforms like Figma, Canva, Mailchimp would be a plus.
