£28K - £30K + Uncapped Commission + Benefits. Hybrid - 2-3 days/week in Milton Keynes office.
A well-established yet innovative SaaS business, leaders in their field, are looking for an experienced Telesales Professional to join their successful Sales team.

Supporting a capable and successful Senior Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with booking appointments and will receive £35 per appointment booked and an additional £35 when converted. There is no minimum requirement and commissions are uncapped.
Duties Include:
1. Booking meetings for BDM.
2. Lead generation via telesales.
3. Lead generation via LinkedIn and other social media tools.
4. Researching and building out data/contact lists using existing data and data tools.
5. Bringing discipline to data management and coding within the business to create a robust go-to CRM for the sales team.
About You:
1. Ideally, a proven track record in an appointment setting/telesales role, preferably within a similar industry - Tech/Software sales preferred but not essential.
2. Will also consider candidates from other target-driven phone-based roles who are eager and willing to learn - customer service and account management experience welcome.
3. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
4. Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills.
