Our People Services Team is growing and we are in the market for a People Services Co-ordinator whose role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of our People Services team, which delivers first line People team support to the Firm. The successful candidate will be involved in transactional tasks given to the team as well as being an escalation point for operational queries or issues that may arise and supporting both ad-hoc and annual projects that arise.
Stakeholder engagement is essential in this role as you will be representing the People Services team in a positive and professional manner and answering queries from firm members of all levels. An ability to manage time effectively and deliver high quality, professional work within SLAs is essential to thrive in this role.
Transactional Duties in this role include but are not limited to:
* Onboarding, including preparing offer letters and offer packs and carrying out pre-employment checks.
* Processing probationary reviews.
* Processing changes to terms and conditions of employment, including flexible working requests.
* Processing requests for time away from work.
* Processing family leave requests and supporting employees through their family leave journey.
* Processing internal and external secondments.
* Responding to requests for references.
* Processing leavers, including holding exit interviews.
* Responding to data requests.
* Maintaining and updating our HR system and electronic filing systems, ensuring data is accurate and held in line with GDPR regulations.
