About the Role Reporting to the Reliability Equipment Leader, you will provide control system support within our high-volume assembly areas, working alongside the asset care team to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve processes. Analyse and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and TPM processes. Support and enhance pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical production systems. Lead and mentor technicians in fault-finding, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Monitor and adjust vision systems and quality assurance equipment. What You Need Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment as a Technician or Manufacturing Engineer. Hands-on expertise in PLC fault-finding, robotics, and high-speed automation. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and leadership mindset
