The Job
The Sales Director is responsible for contributing to the overall business success by providing direction, instruction, guidance and support to the Sales Team. They oversee lead generation, contract negotiations, client relationships, and alignment with marketing strategies. Drives sales targets, ensuring team compliance.
What You’ll Do
* Generate leads and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
* Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
* Develop and implement pricing strategies for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of potential clients.
* Align sales efforts with marketing initiatives to maximize impact.
* Gain a deep understanding of company markets and industry verticals to drive sales growth.
* Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Engage with current and potential clients to assess their needs and promote products/services.
* Maintain up-to-date client records within the CRM system.

What You’ll Bring
