We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager with a strong finance/accounting background (ideally a qualified accountant) to lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion at the University of London. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation project, including planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion with existing systems and processes. Develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure that project milestones are met. Coordinate with various workstreams, including finance, procurement, and HR, to ensure cross-functional alignment. Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership. Oversee change management, ensuring smooth adoption of the Oracle Fusion solution across the organization. Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in managing multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations. Strong finance/accounting background, ideally a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Experience in managing complex ERP projects, ideally within the Higher Education sector (preferred but not mandatory). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Must be available to work on-site at Senate House, London, 2-3 days per week.
