4. Hybrid working with 3 days onsite in a office in Central Scotland
In this role you will be supporting the Communication Manager across:
5. Communications planning
6. Content Creation & Publication
7. Events Support (from a comms perspective)
8. Feedback and Measurements (Metrics and reports)
Skills & Qualifications:
9. Effective collaboration skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
10. Experience of implementing a range of effective digital communication tools to achieve results (such as Intranet sites, SharePoint sites, social collaboration tools eg Yammer etc.).
11. Excellent verbal and written communications skills - particularly for content, presentations.
12. Excellent design skills so the communication materials have a visual impact, as well as conveying our strategic and tactical messages.
13. Multimedia skills - experience using Canva or Poppulo.
14. Excellent active listening skills.
15. Inquisitive nature, keen to know more and understand the reason why.
