Location: This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which involves a combination of working from our Corby or London (Kings Cross) office and also remotely.
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant, to join our Finance function. You will partner with Enabling Functions teams, supporting Corporate Services, People and Finance functions in all areas of cost base management. You will play a fundamental role in supporting the strategic direction, providing clear insight into performance and execution.
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Act as a key business partner, providing financial decision support and commercial insight to leadership teams.
2. Support cost base management for Corporate Services, People, and Finance functions.
3. Influence stakeholders across the business to ensure effective cost management and the achievement of performance targets.
4. Oversee financial management for business programmes originating within the functions, ensuring value optimisation.
5. Contribute to strategic and operational decision-making through insightful reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
About You:
1. Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
2. Strong commercial expertise with exposure at senior management level.
3. Proven ability to build effective relationships across senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated experience in driving business performance through effective financial communication and decision support.
5. Exposure to working in an international, matrix-based organisation, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
