Job Description
3. Oversee the management of insurance claims and policy renewals
4. Conduct risk assessments and recommend suitable insurance policies
5. Manage a team to ensure efficient operation of the insurance department
6. Provide regular reports on claims status and insurance policies
7. Work closely with legal advisors and other departments
8. Liaise with insurance companies and other stakeholders
9. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and guidelines
10. Recommend improvements to minimise risks and costs
The Successful Applicant
A successful Insurance and Claims Manager should have:
11. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
12. Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in managing claims
13. Strong leadership and team management skills
14. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
15. Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and risk management
