Your responsibilities as a Plant Hire Administrator will include-
* Process plant hire orders and manage bookings.
* Maintain accurate records of plant and equipment inventory.
* Coordinate delivery and collection of plant machinery.
* Liaise with customers to confirm hire details and resolve queries.
* Ensure all plant equipment is serviced, inspected, and compliant with regulations.
* Prepare and issue hire contracts and invoices.
* Track hire periods and monitor overdue equipment.

Experience essential for this role as Plant Hire Administrator -
* Full UK Driving Licence is required
* Must have previous experience working as a Plant Hire Administrator or Plant Hire Desk Controller
