Following the strengthening of our finance leadership team in late 2024, we are now looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office team in Uddingston. 2025 promises to be an exciting year, with major projects on the horizon, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, embracing change, and growing within a dynamic environment.

This role is offered on a full-time basis however for the right candidate we would be open to part-time.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Process weekly timesheets for all Group companies to ensure timely and accurate payroll.
2. Identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies in timesheets.
3. Maintain payroll records and process updates, such as pay rate changes.
4. Respond to employee queries regarding wages, deductions, and payroll-related concerns.
5. Distribute weekly payslips to all employees.
6. Handle leaver processing, ensuring final payments are issued and P45’s are provided.
7. Support the purchase ledger team with processing when required.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience in payroll administration.
2. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. A team player who can also work independently, meeting deadlines with confidence.
5. Strong communication and organisational skills.
