Job Description
* Handle payroll processing for all employees accurately and timely.
* Collaborate with the HR department for any changes affecting payroll.
* Prepare regular payroll reports for management.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations.
* Respond to employee queries relating to payroll.
* Coordinate with the finance team for payroll-related financial tasks.
* Assist in the review and improvement of payroll systems and processes.
* Participate in audits relating to payroll and employee data.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Generalist should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proficiency in payroll systems and financial software.
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and practices.
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a team and independently when required.
