Quarter is looking for a friendly, customer-focused and confident Assistant Front Office Manager to join the team at Quarter Short Lets. Based at our friendly head office building in Clifton, Quarter Short Lets is a thriving part of our group here at Quarter and is comprised of two brands: Clifton Short Lets and Host360. The Clifton Short Lets department runs short-term letting in our shared houses in Clifton, and Host360 manages bookings and housekeeping for short-term holiday and corporate lets across Bristol. Whether you have managed a team before or feel ready to step up to that level of responsibility, we'd love to hear from you Key details of the Assistant Manager role with Quarter Short Lets: Full time (40 hours per week) - while the typical schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday, some willingness to work weekends on the rare occasion that support is needed would be appreciated Salary: An on-target package of £29,000 per annum, comprising a basic salary of £26,000 and £3000 in on-target bonuses. Based at our head office in Clifton, Bristol - remote working is permitted on occasion once training is complete Duty manager support on a maximum of two weekends per month (lieu time is accrued) Management of the Front Office team - ensuring that they are firing on all cylinders and that guest experience is great at all times Why work for Quarter Short Lets Assistant Manager?
