As a Swim Manager at Brentford, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our swim school, swimming lessons, and swim school programming at our Brentford site, as well as acting as a Duty Manager for a minimum of 2 shifts a week.
As an ambitious, results-driven Swim Manager, you will look to grow our swim school through innovation and creative ideas, and develop our teachers through CPD training.
