* Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital tools
* Qualify potential opportunities by understanding prospects’ challenges and goals and assessing their fit
* Collaborate with the marketing team to maximise the impact of campaigns and initiatives, leveraging content to engage prospects effectively
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and contribute to refining our outreach strategies
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client-facing roles, ideally in a consulting, design, or digital agency environment

* Strong research and analytical skills, able to identify and qualify opportunities effectively
* Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Maildoso, and SmartLead) and sales prospecting tools
* Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Resilience and enthusiasm for a transformational change journey
* Creative thinker, able to craft tailored messaging and outreach strategies that resonate with diverse audiences
