Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager based in London, you’ll be responsible for:
* Attending offsite customer visits to build strong relationships and upsell products
* Maintaining strong communication with branch managers, keeping them involved in the sales process
* Generating new business through cold outreach and lead generation, contributing to year-on-year sales growth
* Updating Salesforce regularly, ensuring all information is accurate and recorded
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00 am – 5.00 pm. This role is remote and you will be expected to travel regularly in North, West, or South London.
Requirements

* Previous account management experience in the industry
* Ability to manage complex issues, deliver results, and work well with a wider team
* Experience in building a sales territory plan
* Solid knowledge in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry
