What We’re Looking For Childcare Qualification: Level 3 in Early Year or equivalent (essential). Experience: Some experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred, but not essential. EYFS Knowledge: Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and how it supports children’s development. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with children, parents, and staff.
