Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a growing, innovative Company based in Rugby.
Role Requirements
The role will suit an experienced candidate with a minum of 5 years Customer Services experience who is confident dealing with multiple customers on a daily basis, is able to multitask and who understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a small team and have good organisational skills.
Liaising with Customers predominately over the telephone to satisfy customer needs, resolve customer problems and action solutions.
Excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills, both verbal and written are essential, along with excellent numeracy.
Being comfortable with technical products would be desirable, but full training would be given.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with existing customers, customer care, complaint handling.
Resolving general customer queries
Processing orders answering product questions
Raising quotations when enquiries for pricing and availability are received
Processing and posting invoices daily to customers
Participation on the credit control process recording payments received and chasing overdue payments up to an initial stage
Making outbound calls to existing customers
General administrative tasks.
Working closely Technical Sales/Sales Administration/Accounts and Senior Management.
Skills Required:
Minimum of 5 years - Customer Services/Customer Complaint Handling or Sales Administration skills
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Good MS Office skillser
