You will be joining a fast paced Company where no two days are the same, and due rapid growth, have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team. This role will be supporting Touchstone Education, a leading education provider which changes lives across the UK. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging data driven insights to optimise digital marketing strategies. Focussing on interpreting social media analytics, managing CRM systems, and driving the brands online presence. You will have experience running a digital team within a lead generation environment.
Develop and Execute a Multi-Channel Digital Marketing Strategy
* Plan and implement integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing.
* Optimise marketing funnels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
* Work closely with content creators to align content with brand messaging and lead generation goals.
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Use Data to Drive Marketing Performance
* Analyse digital marketing data to make data-driven decisions that improve performance.
* Track and report on KPIs, including engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
* Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to optimize targeting, content, and user experience.
* Utilize CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) for performance tracking.
Collaborate with Agencies and Internal Teams
* Work closely with external agencies to maximise performance across paid and organic campaigns.
* Align digital marketing strategies with sales, customer service, and business development teams.
* Ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
* Present data-backed insights and campaign reports to key stakeholders.
Optimise CRM and Marketing Automation
* Leverage CRM automation and segmentation to improve customer targeting.
* Enhance lead nurturing strategies through personalized email and SMS campaigns.
* Improve customer retention by optimizing user journeys within the CRM.
* Ensure CRM data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Lead and Manage the Marketing Team
* Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team to ensure successful campaign execution.
* Set clear performance goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
* Identify new platforms and software solutions to enhance marketing efficiency.
The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
