Your Role:
In this hybrid position, you'll handle a variety of responsibilities, including:
Keeping the CRM software updated and organised 🗂️
Raising invoices and purchase orders using QuickBooks 💼
Tracking project costs and assisting with cash flow forecasts
Chasing payments to ensure smooth cash flow 💰
Handling bookkeeping and other finance-related tasks
Communicating with clients professionally and courteously
Supporting post-sale processes and documentation
Managing phone calls and emails like a pro 📞✉️

What We're Looking For:
We want someone with:
2 years of administrative experience (required)
2 years of accounting experience (preferred)
Strong numerical skills (if numbers make you anxious, this isn't the role for you!)
An eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
Familiarity with MS Office and modern office management systems
A positive, can-do attitude that fits our team culture
A Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
