This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the pastry section, contribute to menu development, and work with the high-quality, seasonal ingredients Ottolenghi is known for. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry section and ensuring the preparation of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods. You’ll have the opportunity to work with seasonal ingredients, create beautiful dishes, and play a key role in shaping the dessert menu. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a passion for innovation in pastry.
