We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our establishment. Duties
* Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow in the kitchen and dining areas.
* Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and standards, implementing best practices in food production.
* Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards.
* Train, mentor, and develop staff in culinary techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain seamless operations.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery across the establishment.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
* Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
* Background in culinary arts or food production is highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
